Vincent Cheng

Vincent Cheng joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2004. Mr. Cheng served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Martin J. Jenkins of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California from June to August 2001. He served as an Articles Editor for the Asian Law Journal from 2001 to 2002. Also, in 2003, he published a Casenote, National Railroad Passenger Corporation v. Morgan: A Problematic Formulation of the Continuing Violation Theory, 91 Cal. L. Rev. 1417 (2003), examining the United States Supreme Court’s formulation of the continuing violation theory and exploring its implications on pattern-or-practice cases as brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Mr. Cheng is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and of the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.
