Kirsten Gibney Scott
Kirsten Gibney Scott joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007. Ms. Scott served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 2007. She also worked as a legal intern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2006, and with the Legal Aid Society – Employment Law Center in 2005. In addition, Ms. Scott served as an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law during the 2006-07 academic year, and was a student director for the East Bay Workers’ Rights Clinic during the 2005-06 school year.
Ms. Scott is a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley and of the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
